LDS Quadriplegic Featured in Short Film ‘Falling Up’

Meg Johnson’s fall off a 35 foot tall cliff in St. George rendered Johnson a C-7 quadriplegic, paralyzed from the chest down and without the use of her hands.

Inspirational media outlet, nCOURAGE.tv, collaborated with Johnson with the purpose to “spread encouragement.” The team created the short film “Falling Up” about the challenges and triumphs that Johnson has experienced since the accident.

Johnson has also shared her inspiring story as a guest on the Mormon Channel. Johnson shared that the wheelchair she uses inspired her life’s motto: “When life gets too hard to stand, just keep on rollin’!”

Johnson is married and is now the mother of a little girl named Zula Mae.
