David Archuleta Asks Fans to Sing ‘Glorious’ for Chance to be Featured in Video

David Archuleta, popular music artist and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, wants to hear fans sing his new song. Fans who wish to participate are asked record themselves singing their own version of ‘Glorious,’ Archuleta’s single that is featured in the new movie ‘Meet the Mormons.’

In a video on the movie’s YouTube page, Archuleta explains to fans that entering the competition qualifies them for possible prizes:

You’ll have a chance to win some fun prizes and might even be included in a ‘Glorious’ video featuring me and people from all over the world.

The steps for entering the competition are outlined in the video description posted to YouTube and are follows:

  1. Download the instrumental MP3 and lyrics (http://bit.ly/1yqNiu6) or sing along with the instrumental track at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ml6Up….
  2. Record a video of yourself singing “Glorious” with the instrumental track
  3. Upload your video to YouTube at http://youtube.com/upload
  4. Make sure your title follows the format: “Glorious” by David Archuleta from Meet the Mormons Cover By (first name, last initial) ⇒ ex. “Glorious” by David Archuleta from Meet the Mormons Cover By Susan S.
  5. In your video description, include your location (city, state and country), and your message for David

All submissions must be uploaded by Monday, November 3, 2014. The winners will be announced the following Friday, November 7. Watch David Archuleta’s music video for ‘Glorious’ below:
