David Archuleta Thanks Fans for Participating in Live Chat

David Archuleta, American pop-star and recent returned missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, posted a video to YouTube thanking his fans.

On June 24, fans were invited to participate in a live chat on Facebook, where they could ask Archuleta questions and hear him explain why he put his music career on hold to serve a two-year Mormon mission. Archuleta, who filmed the video in his bathroom, started the video by thanking everyone who attended the chat:

“I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who joined in the face to face chat last week. I just had such an amazing time, and it felt so good being able to open up to you guys about things and tell you about what’s important to me and what matters most.”

Archuleta also told fans about his upcoming plans, which will include a trip to Costa Rica and a trip the Middle East. His trip to the Middle East will include a concert where he will perform for the U.S. Air Force troops.
