Donny Osmond, long-time pop star and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, has launched a new mobile app. USA Today reports that the Donny Osmond App is meant to supplement his 60th studio album, The Soundtrack of My Life album, which is set to be released later this year.

The Apple store describes Osmond’s app as

an interactive social media application that gives followers a sneak peek at the songs set for Donny Osmond’s latest album…users of this app will receive regular updates, prior to the release of the album, to hear audio clips, along with personal stories from Donny, explaining the significance of each song from his 50-year career in entertainment.

In reference to the app, USA Today quotes Osmond saying that he wishes he could have had the app during the Puppy Love days.

The Donny Osmond App is free and can be downloaded on both Android and Apple devices. Read about the different ways Osmond is a “major tech geek” at USAtoday.com.
