LDS Dad Finalist for Doritos Super Bowl Commercial Contest

On January 5, Jason Johnson’s Doritos commercial “Trouble in the Back Seat” was named a top ten finalist for the “Crash the Super Bowl Contest.”

Johnson, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is from Virginia and works as a professional creative director. This was the third year he submitted a video to the contest, this time starring his two youngest children.

Johnson tells Deseret News that the concept for the 30 second commercial came easy because in a family with six children, everyone is always fighting for the Doritos.
