Last night, Neon Trees performed their new single on Late Night with Seth Meyers, while two of the band members sported t-shirts familiar to many Latter-day Saints.

Elaine Bradley, the drummer, proudly sported a “Porn Kills Love” t-shirt (a campaign launched by Fight the New Drug), while Branden Campbell, bassist, wore a BYU t-shirt. Watch the performance of “Songs I Can’t Listen To,” posted above, to see their casual examples.

Although not all of the bandmates of the Provo-based band are still members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the band has previously stated that they have agreed to refrain from drugs and alcohol.

Bradley has an “I’m a Mormon” video and shares that, even though she had her rebellious stage, she now tries to include God in all of her decisions, whether it be personal or band oriented. She explains,

I find that I feel so much better, and so much more myself, when I follow the teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints than I ever did when I didn’t care about what they were.
