BYU Men’s Chorus Releases Music Video for LDS Christmas Carol

1995

Brigham Young University’s Men’s Chorus released a music video earlier this week for their song “Come, Lord Jesus.”

Some of the filming for the music video took place on Temple Square while the other parts of the film follow one family’s experience with the death of their baby boy. The mother gave birth to baby Rockwell 15 weeks early and the family had to say goodbye to their sweet child after only 11 hours of life.

In the video, posted above, the family retells their experience and discuss how they felt love of Jesus Christ during that difficult time. They say that it was Christ’s love that gave them the strength to persevere through the trial and have hope for the future.

“Come, Lord Jesus” is available for for download as of December 5 when the choir announced a free download of their album “Set Apart.”
