Mormon Newsroom Video Answers the Question: How Can Members Defend their Religious Freedom?

2078

The Mormon Newsroom released a video on Religious Freedom July 10, 2015 to encourage citizens to preserve and strengthen religious freedom.

The video shown above is a shortened version of a video released in 2013, both of which focus on what people can do to better preserve their religious freedoms. In the description of the video, Mormon Newsroom wrote,

Freedom of religion is a fundamental human right that protects the conscience of all people. It allows us to think, express and act upon what we deeply believe. But around the world, and in the United States, this freedom is eroding.

In response to the question “What can we do?” the video suggests the following:

  • Learn about religious freedom
  • Practice religious freedom
  • Join with others to promote religious freedom
