184th Annual General Conference

  • Saturday and Sunday, April 5-6

  • The 184th Annual General Conference of the Church will convene in the Conference Center in Salt Lake City on Saturday and Sunday, April 5th – April 6th.  The Saturday general sessions will be held at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.; Sunday sessions will be held at 9:30 a.m. which includes Music and the Spoken Word and 2:00 p.m. The general priesthood meeting will be held in the Conference Center on Saturday, April 5th, 2014, at 6:00 p.m.

Days of ’47 Royalty Pageant

  • The Days of ’47 Royalty Pageant will be held in Salt Lake City. The public is invited to attend on Saturday, April 12. Three young women will be selected who exemplify the high standards of pioneers, past and present, as they represent the state of Utah, the Days of ’47, and Daughters of Utah Pioneers.

Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square Present Handel’s Messiah

  • For the first time in 10 years, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square will present the Easter concert, held each year on Temple Square to coincide with Good Friday. The Choir and Orchestra will join forces to present Handel’s beloved oratorio Messiah in its entirety.
