For the last three years The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has worked on filming a series of Bible Videos, which depict the life and ministry of Jesus Christ as told in the New Testament. In an effort to make these videos more readily available to people, the Church has published the videos onto DVD and are ready for purchase in time for the Holiday season.
The DVDs will be available for the cost of just $5 until the end of the year. Beginning on January 1, the price will go up to $10.
The Life of Jesus Christ Bible Videos: The Gospels on DVD will include 50 short videos that share stories from Christ’s life. These videos are also available for download and viewing at BibleVideos.org. Of the videos, Elder Daniel L. Johnson of the Seventy said,
One of the things I liked most about this DVD was the helpful organization of the videos into categories, as well as the ability to find the videos by scripture passage.
During the past few years, millions of people have watched the Bible Videos on YouTube and on the Bible Videos website. The videos are available for purchase store.churchofjesuschrist.org.
