Impressive Statistics Released on LDS Church’s Worldwide Indexing Event

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced that 82,039 volunteers indexed during FamilySearch’s Worldwide Indexing Event.

Although the Church was short of the 100,000 goal by 17, 961 participants, the event was very successful. The campaign, which was held August 7-14, 2015, saw a 89 percent increase in non-English language indexing activity.
