In the last few months, extensive work has been done on the Provo City Center Temple, including progress on the gazebo, fountain and temple grounds.

On March 2015, the exterior of the temple was completely restored, art glass windows were installed, and flowerbeds were formed. Meanwhile, work is being done on the sidewalks, the pavilion and the interior of the temple where doors and trim-work are being installed.

There has been no dedication date set yet for the Provo City Center Temple. The Provo City Center Temple is estimated to serve 16 stakes, eight Provo stakes and eight Springville stakes.
