Pew Study: Mormon Families are the Largest in America

The Pew Research Center released a new study that revealed that Mormons have significantly larger families than all other religious and non-religious groups in America.

Americans aged 40-59 were asked how many children they had and the study found that Mormon families have the highest average number of children at 3.4.

Mormons also have the highest percentage of married people and shares the lowest percentage of cohabitation with those of the Hindu faith.

Other interesting findings from the study are that Mormons are among the youngest Christians in America, with a median age of 43. Also Mormons are among the most highly educated Christians with 33 percent holding a college degree.
