I'm curious to know of those who have decided to become Baptized due in some part to the members on LDS.net. I try to keep up to date on such events, but I know I have missed some.

I'm having the missionaries later this week hopefully (depends on when they contact me) and this site has been very helpful. I also received a Book of Mormon from a member here on the site and I can't tell you how much that means to me as I read through the Word of God.

What a great thread! So emcouraging to see all the new names -- please y'all, post more! I was baptized in January, and LDS.net was a lot of fun to read, both as an investigator and as a member.

I lurked, then joined LDS.net before I was a real investigator, then hung on through investigation and baptism.

I guess coming here and seeing all of the comments over the past few months has helped "reactivate" me in a way. I hope that I can keep it up. :)

I'm getting baptised next year once I turn 18. I live in Germany and my mum won't take me to church, so I can only go every few weeks when I'm back home in the UK.

I can't say that this site has been wholly instrumental, but it has been a learning tool in my road to re-baptism. By posting on gospel subjects and being told I'm correct or even by being corrected for when I am wrong has helped in my confidence in the Church. Hopefully re-baptism will come sooner than latter.
