unixknight
By Wargamers, I mean the type of gaming using miniatures and played on a tabletop dressed up to look like a battlefield? I'm heavily into Warhammer (both Fantasy and 40K) as well as Warmachine, Infinity, Firestorm Armada and Star Trek: Attack Wing. I also have a 28mm Macedonian army I'm working on that's compatible with the Hail Caesar ruleset, and a 28mm Soviet Army for Bolt Action. How about y'all? mirkwood
I haven't played in several years. My wargaming buddy moved out of state. Huge Warhammer Chaos army, smaller Dark Elf army. Even larger WH40K Chaos Marines, smaller Space Marines and Inquisitors. I also have Mordheim. We also played a lot of the Warhammer war bands rules. I also have Space Hulk and the expansions, plus Epic (Space Marine). I have tons of figures for a variety of games. I also built terrain for Mordheim, Warhammer and WH40K. When I have time for gaming I run a D&D campaign using AD&D rules. Blackmarch
Palerider
I never did get into this. Had a friend that did and he absolutely loved it.
Laniston
I play warhammer fantasy but recently my game of choice is Dust Warfare and Dust Battlefield. WW2 but also features things like walkers, jetpacks, lasers, etc. Much cheaper to play than any GW game and a lot of fun.
mrmarklin
I used to be into war games by Avalon Hill. Somewhat related.
CaleB
I used to, but it was too addictive, took up too much of my time.
Latter Days Guy
Played a lot of historical stuff when I was younger, 25mm Napoleonic, 1/300 scale WW2 and modern stuff, a bit of WW2 and modern naval. Also did the Warhammer, had a huge Lizardmen army, a Night goblin army as well! Never really got into the 40k stuff, just seemed daft having orks in space! Would love to get into it again but got rid of my figures a long time ago, although I do have a Warmaster undead army in a box some where!! unixknight
When I have time for gaming I run a D&D campaign using AD&D rules. I used to do that, too. I was running a 2nd Edition campaign until the 5th Edition rules came out and I gotta tell ya, they're pretty good. Feels like a true successor to AD&D in a way that 3rd and 4th never even came close to. mirkwood
mordorbund
I read DarthsAndDroids.net. Does that count for anything?

unixknight
Attack Wing is pretty awesome. If anybody's in the Washington DC area, contact me. My Gaming club is having our annual NerdFest and this year we're doing a variety of games, including Star Trek Attack Wing, Artemis, etc. We're fortunate enough to have access to a Church venue for the party so it's a family friendly environment.
