. . . Heavenly Father knows how much I love babies, so he sent the last 2 together so that I'd stop having them.

. . . no one actually likes kale.

. . . there has to be a better system for driving nails into something than to do so with some of your most nerve-rich body parts in the path of the hammer.

. . . redheads really ARE more feisty.

. . .procrastination really is an art, and I'm pretty close to perfecting it.

What do you think?

Really...?

Use both hands to hold the hammer.

Sure. Why else they are redheads?

...I am generally right and others just haven't caught up to me yet.

...I have a story to tell, and thus I write

Could man be drunk for ever

    With liquor, love, or fights,

Lief should I rouse at morning

And lief lie down of nights.

But men at whiles are sober

And think by fits and starts,

And if they think, they fasten

    Their hands upon their hearts.

Anyone who quotes Housman is awesome.

A Shropshire Lad should be mandatory reading. Up there with Doctrines and Covenants .

I think....

...I can back up the 'feisty redhead' theory, as I am happily married to one.

...you can safely compare raising a puppy to having a toddler, so long as you leave the housetraining part out of it

...all driver's licenses should be verified every five years through re-testing, (both written and driving) and every other year if said individual was the cause of an accident, or obtained more than four tickets of any kind within a one-year span.

...no holiday should receive commercial support or attention further out than three weeks from the day itself. This far into the game, I think we all know when Halloween,Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day and Easter are due to happen.

...it's a sign of true art mastery when a song comes on and you physically stop everything you're doing to hear every last note.

...I could do these all day if I had nothing else to do.

I think we are going to have a wet Christmas this year and not a white one.

I think we're not going to see snow... again.  For the 6th year in a row.  Even driving all the way to New Hampshire.

It's been raining a lot here in Idaho. I prefer it to icy roads and freezing cold days, for sure.

One of my dearest friends is a redhead. She always says, "Redheads are feisty. I know, because my sister is a redhead."

I am originally from the Granite state-be careful. We have some miserable weather in the forecast. I'm going up there too to visit family but I might not because of the weather.

Kipling is good too, but in matters of the heart, his blade isn't quite as keen as Housman's.
