aeglyn Posted April 20, 2015 Report Share Posted April 20, 2015 (edited) Angels of Mercy Whispered in our earsEre the moment of our birth‘Return one hundred yearsAfter living on this earth’ Some may live much longerSome may live far lessSome are just born strongerWith some born in excess Some are born in povertyThough some achieve successSome have earned their libertyWhile some still are oppressed But those who are born meekerHave learned what true love bringsThough experiences were bleakerThey have learned to use their wings These angels are among usEach and every single dayThey normally don’t raise a fussFor service is their way If you should have a special needConcede it unto GodWhose loving Spirit moves with speedTo, these waiting angels, prod So when our time is surely comeAnd all our deeds be knownWe’ll know who spoke with angels’ tongueBeneath our Father’s throne. Then a query in our earsEre the moment of our death‘How well have you spent your years?While you lived with borrowed breath?’ The answer you accordTo this question is profoundWere you an angel for the Lord?While you were on the ground?
