Looking for a specific EFY song

I first heard this music in about 2002 just as our son was leaving for his mission. I have been listening to this CD tonight it soothes me and stirs my soul in gratitude. I was looking for the lyrics for this song and came across this site :) I love the whole CD I'm so grateful for this beautiful music and for my Saviour. He truly knows us and through this music tonight I've been able to allow him to take my burdons from me.
