Thanks Maya for all the info. I will work on changing my profile;) About the blog...I don't know how to do that:(. I am not sure I even know what that means. THERE, I said it! I am not very computor literate! You all might as well know that up front! Anyway, it is great to be here and I will learn as I go. Thanks for all the help from everyone.

I don't know where that profile came from. I sure didn't write it. And I tried to change it but it wouldn't let me. I will keep working on it. I did love being young again...if only for a few minutes:D

I have the same responsibility, but I am in the Presidency! I know that I was called to this position because I have preparedness skills, and I felt I am to teach or find a teacher for our monthly RS classes. From sister Becks talk, we gleaned that we are NOT to have a coordinator, that was supposed to be my job. So, all the Enrichment people were released. We are to make our RS monthly classes simpler. More instruction for spiritually and temporally educating the sisters. Less crafts, and no asking sisters to spend money on things. Our Pres. says simple and healthful snacks, no over the top meetings. Mostly a time to serve, learn and socialize while we do good works. Reread Julie Becks talk. It is all in there. It really takes a burden off everybody to simplify these RS classes. Getting back to the basics of building faith and preparing for the 2nd coming was what our Presidency got out of it. Don't give up, just keep praying till your answer seems clearer. Heavenly Father has endless patience.

I teach gardening and a few other things. Have you been to one of my classes? Yea, I am a child of the 60's. That tells you how old I am:( I don't mind answering any questions. If I don't know the answer I will try to find it.

I just signed on today. I was looking for Food Storage info to put together for our ward. I am the 1st counselor in RS and my job is the monthly RS meetings (Enrichment). I was the stake canning specialist before. I live in Utah near Ogden. I am a landscape designer and teach class on gardening, food storage, emergency preparedness, gardening, Word of Wisdom, gardening, canning, drying and storing produce, natural healing and gardening. Hey, it is a cold, snow covered day here....I guess gardening is on my mind! I am excited to find this website and look forward to learning something new.
