If you fully and completely repent and speak with your bishop. Yes the spirit will return and as you work through that repent process you can be blessed beyond measure. We all make mistake but we get back up and keep moving forward. There is always a way back. That is one of the blessing about the atonement. Keep up the good work!

Dating is the time to find out what you truly want in an eternal companion. Do not dismiss your promptings. We sometimes never really know the reason for them. Just keep following them. You might be prompted for another reason. I met my future husband when I was on a date with his friend. Yes it was 22 years ago but he found me again after we both got divorced and found out that we both had joined the church. You will know you are with the right person. For me it was as easy as breathing. Like our spirits knew each other from before. Good luck

I truly am sorry you are having a hard time. I really do understand some of what you are enduring. I can tell you patience is huge. The Lord will heal your heart. This I know but you have to really be willing to do what ever he asks of you. Journal everything good and bad. Start walking to get the fresh air to help clear your head and listen for that still small voice and allow the Lord to guide and direct you in all that you do. The more you follow those promptings, the more they will come, and by giving you will to the Lord he can give you his grace to heal you. Once you make that choice to give it to him. His strengths comes. When thoughts that are not good come ask Heavenly Father to take them from you.
