Hey everyone, new here. I joined because I'm looking to make new LDS friends, and I also need some advice that I can't ask the people in my local LDS singles group because everyone knows everyone else, and it'd get around. :/ I'll ask later though, after I get a little more familiar here. I'm Kristin, a single mother of six in Idaho. I've been divorced almost 2 years. Abusive husband - well, his whole family was abusive, long story. We're in a great, supportive ward after moving from Nevada and my kids are doing much better here than when I was married. I'm a work-at-home writer and editor for attorneys and other clients, a job that pays the bills and allows me to sit around and get fat, but is very rewarding. I'm into steampunk, music, vintage-inspired fashion and furniture, and Pirates of the Caribbean. Looking forward to meeting others here. :)
